Purchased a twelvesouth BookBook case for my iPhone5. They sent me a case what was supposed to fit a 4/4S, but turned out to be a knockoff. They make it impossible to get a refund. They have not returned countless phone calls or emails. I don't even know if they have more than one employee running this fake website. I have already reported them to the Better Business Bureau in New York, and to the legal department at twelvesouth, the company that makes the REAL phone case that I wanted to purchase. I only wish I lived in New York to see if this place really even exists. Do not buy from them!!! I just wish I would have seen some of the bad reviews before I placed my order. Zero stars for these scammers
