Fernando Zelmer sends out mass emails with bogus job offers to job-seekers. The emails are a money-making scam and Zelmer uses the email addresses of his recipients to forge the headers, making the emails untraceable. Each email contains a link with a domain name such as inusajobs.com, bestjobmark.com and usajobmark.com, among others.

- Then newest domain names used in these scams is myjobamerica.com and bestjobamericans.com. These domains contain different identifying information in whois databases, but display U.S. addresses and telephone numbers.
