I bought flowers for valentines day and have never recieved them, their so called order tracking claims the package was delivered on their website. in the meantime im going to contact my c card company and start chargeback procedings immediatly to get a full refund.

how is this co. still operatng ? this is nothing short of credit card fraud, period. charging for something you never recieve, their website should be shut down, and the operaters
prosecuted, i have stayed on the phone for hours today trying to resolve the situation, now i cant even get in touch, nor have they responded to my e mails i sent today.
