Called twice now lost month January,and now February 15 2013,spoke to someone there she was arguing with me to pay for something i never got it and had canceled any further shipments,again when i received my visa they had charged for another shipment i never got it.After asking her for a refund she finally decided to give me but i still had to pay for shipping and handling.I told her that i wouldn't pay for something i didn't get it and asked her to speak to the manager,he came after awhile to the phone,he was very rude and told me that he will still charge me the whole amount and that's all and hang up without me saying anything else.So people out there be careful what you buy from these company's there are frauds they'll just want your money.Received it or not.
