I made a phone call from seatac airport in Seattle Wa on 2/13/13. To inform my fiancé I was unable to board my flight.the call was apron 2mins. On 2/15/13 I made 2 phone calls from Wa D.C airport and got a voicemail both times. I just looked at my bank statement was it showed I was charged for 3 calls on 2/13/13 when I only made one. Each call showed a charge for $22.59. The call on 2/15/13 was charged $26.05. Out of the 3 calls I was charged for on 2/13/13 I only made 1 of those calls. I used my credit card. Prices were not posted on the pay phone nor did I get an option to find out the charges prior to the phone call.I'm on my way to Iraq to serve our country so I had my fiancé call your customer service and the gentlemen wasn't helpful in any way. He told me too bad.I'm a government contractor protecting our diplomats and this is how I'm repaid?these charges are outrageous and unnecessary. I want a full refund.this is fraud when I wasn't made aware of the outrageous rates prior to my calls and I was charged 2 extra times on 2/13/13 when I only made 1 call.I expect a full refund ASAP being that my credit card was charged immediately.
