September of 2011 I was contacted to sell my timeshare. $995 later it is supposedly up for sale. Never heard another thing. In December of 2011, I was contacted by the "rental" part of Timeshares by Owner to say that I could rent out my weeks for $3,000 a week and I had 5 weeks to rent but to put them on the market, I had to give them $495 per week, ($2500). In January I received a letter that stated that the person who put my weeks up for rent was no longer employed due to deceptive practices, tried to get my money back to no avail. In April 2012, Davash Khan contacted me and said he could put my timeshare to the front of the line for $2,995. I called this person every week to no avail. Never returned my calls, etc. So I stupidly sit here more than $6,000 in debt to find out that this company is under investigation by the state of Florida for deceptive practices. I contacted my credit card companies to try to file a wrongful practices claim (October of 2012) and they told me that I had to do it within 60 days of the date of service. Still sitting here, 6,000 + in debt and now nobody is answering my calls.
