Good day,
On 30 July 2012 I went into the www.viaziz.co.za site and had a look around. I registered and found it odd that it would ask my credit card details with registration. All of a sudden I received a text stating that I have unnecessarily spent ZAR1599.99 ($181.82) at Viaziz.co.za This came as a surprise to me as I never selected anything to buy. I then retraced my steps by going through the whole registration process again. After inputting my details again, it redirected me to a products list (which did not happen the first time). I then saw that the '200-bids product option' cost ZAR1599.99. I immediately sent an email on their website to them, stating that their website must've had some sort of error as it charged me without me choosing a product. I have not received any correspondence from them. I left the matter and never bid on anything, as I did not see myself bidding for more than 24hours on one single item (I'm sure that they created numerous bidding addicts). I tried to log in at the end of last year, but discovered that the website no longer exists. :( Again today I tried my luck, but then I found you guys! I really hope you can get to the bottom of this, as $181.82 is a lot of money to just throw down the drain! You have my full support. Please be in contact with me with any progress on the matter.
