Around the beginning of December 2012, I answered an ad with MD 24/7,to obtain some FREE gift cards. They tried to sell me Medical Alert but I told them on their recorded call that I already had this service with my alarm company. I was debted $1.95 as part of the free trial of MD 24/7. It turned out that the gift cards were for only three sites that I was not interested in and there were no real cards, they were just a code to put in at check out.

I called them on 12-13-12 at 866-232-1343 and notified them that I was cancelling this service. Then I was debted $29.95 on 12/19/12 for Medical Alert. I contacted MD 24/7 and was told I would need to take the matter up with Medical Alert directly. I called 800-906-0872 and told them I never contracted for their service and to please refund my money. They said they could not as they had sent out the Med Alert machine. But, if I sent it back they would refund my money. However, I was debted again on 01/02/13, before I received the machine. I notified them again and they said once they received confirmation that I had returned the machine they would refund my money.

I returned the machine and I called them to ask for my money back. I was told they had received the confirmation that the machine was returned to them but I needed to call another department. I called them and was told to call the original number I had gotten from my bank statement. They said they would have someone call me back but no one did. Then I called again and they said they would have someone call me back. I told them I had called 7 times. They assured me they would have someone call me back. No one called. Then on 02/03/13 my bank account was debited a third time for $29.95. I called again and was told that they would only return the last payment of $29.95. I told them I wanted all of the money back. I wanted $89.85, the person on the phone said they would refer the matter to their supervisor but no one called me. I called again on 02-15-13 and was told again that someone would call me back within 24-48 hours but NO ONE CALLED. On 02-16-13, I found that a single payment of $29.95 had been refunded to my back account. No mention, no email, no call on the possibility of getting the rest of my $59.90 back.

I am tired of making and waiting for call from this company and I want my $59.90 back.
