I did an offer on their page before, permissionresearch - netherlands and it never awarded me. It said register and install the software which I did... superrewards just told me a big lie telling me that I used a proxy to get the offer but why would i... i live in the Netherlands. And now today I bought 240 gems for an game through superrewards and they only awared me 80 gems and if I contact them about it they just ignore me...

- I want them to give my gems on the game everybody edits or an refund and an true answer about why my payment didn't get awarded and not an lie like they give you most of the time.

- I got my gems finally... they responded after spamming them for like 2 hours. How do i remove this complaint?
