I was looking for a motor for my 1989 toyota 4x4 so I filled out an online request and was immediately called by a man named Suarez from Payless autoparts. He told me he located an engine with 93000 miles and would sell it to me for 650.00 shipped with a 6 month warranty. I agreed and he took my card info. He told me I would be getting a confirmation email. Never got email. After several calls the motor was on the way, 12-13-12. Upon receiving motor I saw it was the wrong one and called him back. I was told he would get right on exchanging it. I've called and left numerous messages along with emails and pictures and he will not return contact with me. It is now feb and still no answer.

Ive been told that I needed to return it and I would be refunded He emailed the paperwork for the return and I complied gave it a few months and called today. he told me he didn't have a record of sale and told me to file a dispute with my bank
