my front brakes were wore down causing a rubbing noise which i planned to get this taken care,but an emergency came up to drive to roanoke va.a 300 mile trip.i called westminster toyota and ask if they could replaced my front brakes on such short notice.they me to bring car in ,that not a problem.after they done the job. they charged me $613.00,telling me they me a $61.27 discount, which would have been $674.45 a week later i was told by another toyota dealer that toyota roters were extra thick and cuuld machined several times before they had to replaced.my roters have never been machined therefore did not have to be replaced, so they did this to jack up the price.the other dealer said if rotors had to replaced there price would be $450.00 needless to say i know i was ripped off by this company and never deal with them again.the parts that was used were brake shoes and new rotors that was not needed.the date this was done was last may 11,2012.i know i should have reported this matter right away but the fact is i feel i got ripped off by this dealer.the date would not appear in box so i had to use 2013 date.
