I received the product on trial for free and I paid $4.95 for shipping. I received another one which I never ordered and payment was charged on my credit card automatically twice for Jan and Feb. I tried to call their tel# 877-935-2669 but is no longer in service. I tried to e-mail them but no response.I need a refund and want to return the product.
