The website wants you to believe that it is located in the USA. They are a Canadian Company. I ordered and received a copy of the Young Indiana Jones series. The DVD collection came in a nice package. The first DVD was blank. The second DVD was grainy and had a copy of a video copy tracking lines across it. The rest of the DVD's were unclear, grainy and looked like they were a bad copy taken from a video machine and will not come in clear on any of the new high definition televisions. I requested a refund and the contact, Gordon Kennedy, did not want to refund money. I was finally given an address to return the DVD's to which was : DVD Support; 3044 Bloor St.; Suite 434; Toronto, Ontario; Canada; M8X2Y8. This package was required to have a customs Declaration which Mr. Kennedy told me was to say the merchandise was faulty and only declared a value of $1. I could not get a tracking number on this package as the USPS does not have tracking available for Canada, which the DVD company already knew. I was able to e-mail this company until yesterday.
