I ordered Hill Street Blues on DVD as a gift to my grandfather for Christmas. I ordered it on December 17th, got confirmation of shipment and withdrawal of money on the 19th. They told me it would arrive within 2-3 weeks. I emailed them after this time had elapsed and the said it would arrive within 3-4 weeks of delivery. A few more emails were exchanged and they finally told me that the local carrier had the package. It has been just about two months now, still no package. Plus, I tried contacting the company again and my email gets sent right back to me.
