I received a call during a busy time when I had three kids to look after re dinner, bath and bed. The person seemed legitimate and said he would refund the money via western union and when this failed he said would use another method which was a credit to a bank visa account. I wasn't thinking straight with all the interruptions in the house and watched as he transferred money in when in fact it has gone out. I feel so stupid this could happen and this is our hard earned money and I have been scammed. I will lodge a complaint with our bank but I don't like my chances of getting our money back. These people are evil.
