This involves three different transactions. My bank provided me with the information and this phone number to call 877 550 8482 . After this charge there was another for $2.00 and one for $39.95 I have called all three. The first one 888 888 3113, said they will check and call back and the second 888 433 8450 said that it was a legitimate charge (def.com) and the third one, 888 407 0530, eml.com, said they would be refunding the $39.95 and would add this company to their "blacklist". This is definitely a scam. The company that said they would refund the charges is called 24/7 Support and they claim that they only worked for the lifestyle deal now.com also if a charge is over 90 days they will not refund. They have agreed to refund all but the $2.50 charge which is over 90 days old. This account is one that is hardly ever used and belongs to our local horse club and has very little money in it. The only way we found out that these charges were made is when our treas. tried to use the debit card and found out that the bank had it blocked. She called the bank and they said that they sent a letter back in Dec. which we cannot find. Today is Feb. 18, 2013.
