Further to liaison with Trading Standards, I have the following to report -
Tower Hamlets have now established that the person behind the business, Mr Raymond/Rahman, is known to them and is the subject of an investigation concerning one of his other businesses. It seems that Felix Web Design has now closed down their website and have ceased trading, according to Trading Standards. They have stated that the appropriate course of action now is to pursue the company for breach of contract through the civil courts via the Citizen’s Advice Service. They have reported back that any threatening behaviour is a matter for the Police.
