Idential to the prior complaint. They hacked my computer and took it over. I asked what they did and they said the detail was in my email gmail, to open it, and they would go over it with me. As soon as I opened it, they took over my computer again and wrote an email with my account stating I agreed to pay them $259 and it was not refundable and sent it to themself with my name and address on it.
I had just contacted my ATT technical support telephone number to trouble shoot a problem. As soon as I hung up cisctron called me saying they were from Windows support operating system company and to say my problem was my Windows system had expired and it was time to renew it. How did they know I had a problem and what was my telephone number was? There is no cisctron at 2533 N. Carson St. in Carson City, Nevada 89706. They credit card company said the charge was from Central of India. I cancelled the charge and reported the scam.
