I cant Believe how many of the same stories, I Ordered a $14.95 Small Starter Kit, One Per House Hold. and I got Menthol. It was an add down the side of Facebook, All of a sudden there was $119.96 Taken out of my account, and I got the same treatment From Kevin when I called. I Got told Repeatedly thats what I ordered, He Was RUDE and Very UNPROFESSIONAL, when I was telling him I did NOT order anything but the starter for 14.95 Then I wanted to talk to a manager, He tried to tell me he was the only manager, and there was no one else I could talk to, what a crock. I told him what I ordered was Menthol, so, why would they send me Tabacco flavor Then? they messed up something. I Told him I have NEVER and would NEVER set anything up to take money out of my account, I told him I dont know how they made the mistake, but I did not order anything to continue, EVER. He said I could send the 4 packs back, but they would only give me $79.99 Back. and I had to pay for Shipping. I Should NOT Have to pay for Return Shipping for there mess up. and WHAT am I Paying $40.00 for ?None of this is any where close to good Business ! I Hope Everyone Gets ALL There Money Back. Kim
