I was told I would get 100% money back guarantee if I signed up with them. At no time did Alex or Jenny refer to the disclaimers online. I signed up in spite of the negative comments about them online. I did not get a single referral from this company. I told them I wanted to exercise my right to a money back guarantee that I was told I would get. They wrote a letter denying my claim on the grounds of the following:
All listing ads must update rental calendar at least 1 per month(the first I had heard this).
All ads must provide at least quarterly reportsuring the 12 month period of the agreement Again, the first I had heard of this). There is more but you get the point.
