Signed up for trial as part of offer. When trial expired automatically renewed at unspecified rate which turned out to be $69.70 per month, which is not even remotely competitive and ranks alongside scam territory.
General presentation made it unclear the nature of the agreement, however small print (terms and conditions) makes probability of a fair resolution a distant dream.
Thanks miniclip - I needed that money.

Jukebux contacted me; I had agreed to the t's and c's so charges valid. I explained to them my grievances, they responded with offer of refund minus some admin charges. Fairly satisfied - don't think they're scammers...

...oh and BTW just to complicate matters, all their correspondence went to my junk mail folder (hotmail), so maybe have a look there.

- Have received refund as promised minus an administrative fee, which I can live with. Will need to check t&c's more carefully in future - cynical marketing ploy? perhaps.. scam? not so sure.
