DVD collection of tv series Knots Landing ordered on 12-26-12. Confirmation e-mail received 12-26-12. On 12-27-12 My Credit Card account posted a charge for $129 to Rogers is Consulting in Burlington California. E-mail of 1-2-13 announces product is shipped. Product not received 1-24-13. E-mail to DVD Tiger customer support requesting status. Response e-mail from DVD Tiger 1-25-13 indicating product to arrive in next 3-4 days. Today is 2-19-13. No product yet received. Clearly this "company" was able to process a credit card fee within one day and cannot and apparently will not deliver their 100% guaranteed product. Efforts will be made to inform consumers of this suspect "company".

Your order has been processed, prepared, packaged and shipped. Your order was shipped via Small Packet Air Mail which does not offer a Tracking #.
As stated on the website, during checkout and in your order confirmation email, orders take 2-4 weeks to be delivered. Your order was placed DECEMBER 26th (4 weeks ago) and should arrive any day now.
The item is shipped from Canada and will arrive via the postal system (USPS). All taxes & duties are paid by us and therefore you will NOT have any additional charges.
