I very foolishly gave all my details for the free trail - only to not even receive anything and then had 2 charges of £69.99 taken from account. Does anyone know details of how to get hold of them and what can be done to try and get money back from them

- In the U.S. you inform your credit card company that you have unauthorized charges on your card. They refund your money and report the fraud to the authorities. If your credit card company will not do this, you should report it yourself to national police.
