A person by the name of Rich Johnson from Kenneth Miller And Associates @ 888-671-4866 called me about a debt my sister had outstanding. I kept trying to call them and finally made contact with them. They told me there was a debt with them for $1,600. I told them that my sister passed away 2 years ago and that there was no money in the estate and asked when she made the loan. They told me it was a loan over the internet through something called online pay day.
They then threatened me that I was a cosigner of the loan and owed the money. I told them I never co-signed for the loan and they said it was entered electronically. They had my social security, address and phone number. I told them I never signed anything and wanted a written copy of the loan paper work. Then they got nasty and said they would see me in county court and then they hung up.
