sent off for the free trial,got it and nothing else for months only to find out that i had been charged full price for the free trial and for 2 more months after that. called to request a refund, was told "it's not my problem" by one of the phone operators and that if i cancelled my payment,i would be charged with fraud. pathethic. will be working with a lawyer to get a full refund if it takes all my time\!
