Same as Graham. My computer was running but emitting strange noises. Indians contacted me to say that they were from Microsoft & that my computer was full of virises due to corrupt firewall. Fell for it & eventually handed over $240 for extended Windows warranty. No receipt etc., which made me suspicious. Suspect that the scam was tied to Driver Robot which I had downloaded the day before & used to upgrade new drivers. Very convincing.Their web sites all look very authentic.
