I bought a game from facebook for my grandson and entered my credit card number to pay for it. It seems facebook keeps the credit card on file so when my grandson was asked if he wanted to go to the next level or something like that, there were charges applied to my credit card. No asking for a credit card or letting us know there would be a charge, it is charged automatically and I cannot get hold of anyone at facebook, neither can the bank. I would like to talk to someone at facebook.
