I signed up for a free trial bottle of the green coffee bean extract. Just to try it out. They only requested me to pay S&H. In just two weeks though they charged my card for another $89.98. I hadn't even had time to try the product. I called to see why they had charged my card again without my permission and they said that I needed to call within 15 days of signing up for the free product and cancel future shipments or I would be automatically enrolled . I did not know this. I was tricked into paying for S&H, therefore giving my credit card info and authorizing the charge for that so they took advantage of me and charged me again. I called and could not get them to reverse the charge on my card even though the order had not been processed. after much screaming on my part and threatening to call the Attorney General they gave me an RMA number. They said they would process the order and I would have to return the product when I received it for a refund and they would cancel future shipments, but with the lack of integrity that they showed, I felt the only safe thing to do was to cancel my card so they could not charge anything more to my card. I disputed the $89.98 charge with my bank and they said they could not do anything because I had given authorization to charge card previously. So now I must personally deal with the merchant. This has caused me much stress and I have not received the money back that still remains to be seen. Bottom line, consumer beware of Skinnet offering you anything on free trial. It is not free and will cost you way more than you ever dreamed. This company is very deceptive in luring in customers, charging your card and then hoping you won't feel like fighting back to get your money. They get rich while scamming the public and we chalk it up to a hard lesson to learn.
