Letter claiming Mr. Alfred Khula was working for a "development finance" institution and wanted me to help him secure $54 million dollars from a bank in South Africa which is being held by an associate of the now deceased former President of Libya.
All I had to do to get involved in this "risk free" transaction was agree to fill out forms for Mr. Khula. He can be reached via fax number +27866684689, telephone number +27719666714, and email: [email protected].
Needless to say, he won't be hearing from me!
