I was contacted by Nicholas Ferrara from Frisco Texas 5813 Southern Pines Court. He contacted a company that I am a share holder in and stated he was a registered investment adviser and a licensed stock broker. This company is a Publicly traded company in Europe, Nick stated he specialized in raising money for such companies through his net work he had developed over the past 25 yrs of being in the business. We worked out a stock purchase agreement at a discount to the market and he was to place this stock and help finance the operations of the company. Instead he stole the stock and never paid for it and sold the stock in the open market with a zero cost basis driving the share price into the toilet. He has never paid the money he owes and claims to be a religious man but is actually just a thief and a con artist.
