I had originally signed up for a $5 plan. I later received a call for an upgrade and refused. I then saw a charge for $90 dollars in May of 2012 I called them to request them to reverse that charge and stop charging my account. They stopped charging but never credited my account the 90 dollars for May. In September , October and November I was charged $90 each month.
I called and spoke with Francisco and he said the I agreed over the telephone. I informed I never agreed and I requested for them to provide me a copy of the recording.
So far they have not provided me a copy of the recorder. I know they will not provide me a copy because I never agreed.
