After already signing up for Dealfun.com, I then found an advertisement listed as the site: dealfun.co.nz/Australia. Believing the images I saw on that page, I thought that signing up for THAT site too would see me really get a good deal on an iPad. However, Once I'd signed up AGAIN for $69, I realised that they then re-directed me back to Dealfun.com (with which I'm already signed up) to start bidding. I couldn't see the AMAZINGLY LOW auctions for the iPads I saw advertised anywhere! And they don't refund of course. So now I have 2 Accounts. Bugger. Lost $69 and haven't got a chance at winning an iPAd.

    I have been able to locate your account and see that you have emailed us regarding this problem. We replied to your email within 17 minutes confirming that since you had mistakenly signed up with us twice, we have refunded your purchase. Thus, not sure why you would mention "we don't refund". We have an amazingly pro-consumer policy and go the extra mile to keep our consumers happy.

    We would also like to state we have deals going off at amazing prices and you can see in our Winners Wall we have sold many products at just a few cents.

  • Yes - thanks, this HAS been resolved.

    I didn't mention the mix up I've had with my other account also being cancelled..... However, I now believe the customer service IS good.
    The response time with the second mix up was fantastic.

    I suppose when you're dealing with money and the internet ... you feel like you are going to lose out for sure. BUT.. when the "face" of the company comes through with the goods, it's great!
