One month ago I tried to get a anti-virus threw pctools. It didn't solve any problems on my computer. So I go rid of it, and one month later I got billed threw my Bank account $39.99 for a renewal fee?Only way I found out was threw my on-line banking. Lucky I checked it!!! Now I have to fight to get my money back. I will try Gov.Fraud department, and B.B.B. This is not cool!!!
