I had two unauthorized charges to my Visa DEBIT card that is linked to my chequing account for about 700 CAD. This is unacceptable. I do not know what this company is and I will not get this money (FROM MY CHEQUING ACCOUNT) back until they complete their fraud investigation. It is bad enough when it is on a credit card but when it is funds that are taken from a chequing account that you budget very carefully it creates extreme difficulties for innocent victims.
