This online dating agency - behind the site Christian Love, took £29.99 subscription from me. I want to cancel and take advantage of my 7 days cooling off period, but they refuse to answer the phone, keeping me waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting, whilst sucking 14p a minute out of my account. After 3 failed attempts and £5 sucked out of my account I put the phone down. I signed up for one month and one month only, but they appear to have me caught in a place whereby they will continue to withdraw £29.99 from my account thereafter until I cancel my subscription. I can;t cancel my subscription until they answer the phone. Do you understand the scam in all this. How dare they set up a so called Christian dating site and rip off honest Christians. Please investigate and bring to public attention this dubious, faceless, contactless company.
