FMPTR is a paid-to-read email program. After I had earned (free member payout) of $10000 on 11/23/2012 I decided to upgrade account to premium membership as was being advertised payouts would be instant. I upgraded on 11/25/2012 for $166 through my PayPal account. After requesting another $5000 for payout on 12/02/2012 received an email stating that I needed to pay another $199 to receive my winnings in next payouts! Winnings?? This should be paid in order to know when I was to receive these winnings and was only a one time fee. Plus in this email it stated that if I wanted to know immediately it would cost me $299! It guarantees me this fee would allow me to know when paid in current payouts! Be aware that nothing is mentioned about this when upgrading account and everything is immediate once you reach $5000. Total scam and hard lesson. Seems there are several PTR high paying email sites that are doing this same thing from what I am researching. Joined several sites and but have not lost funds except this one. I also have NOT been paid by any.
