International boundaries
Received contract 8-16-2013 by certified mail from Focus and sent a e-mail to cancel to my coach on 8-17-2013, but was told it was too late to cancel, also cancelled my credit card and transaction was put through on my new card. I have been dealing with this for 6 months, going through my bank and Focus, by phone, e-mails and faxes. Just set up an appointment today to see an attorney, not sure what my options are.

- I too have been through the same with these companies. There are a few avenues you can take with filing complaints to the right offices. Send me an email (Personal Information Removed)and I can give you the links to the companies that aid in getting refunds to those apart of at home business scams as well as detailed instructions on how to file formal letters of complaint with the FTC.
