DHGate is definitely not a reparable company to do business with. I purchased a bridesmaid gown based on the description shown in the colors given in purple in August 2012 and they sent me a loud fushia hot pink color gown instead. I notified them of they error and they apologize for the mishap and ask me to pay 30.56 for the remake of another one in the right color. I paid the remake fee plus ordered an additional gown for I needed 2 of the exact same color and style for my maid and matron. When the gowns arrived oh my goodness it was a living disaster from hell. The gowns were made very poorly of cheap degrading material beads falling off wrong color again this time the color was egg plant/ plum color nothing like the dress displayed on there website. I have been trying to get this situation resolved threw the resolution center and the seller and justice have not been served to me. The chat representatives of the the seller company has displayed very unprofessional conduct they have used obscene profanity to me and never once I have used it in return to them after spending my money being ripped off and can't get satisfaction for something they screwed up and ripped me off. To avoid from becoming they next victim please spare yourself the unnecessary stress and financial expenses and do not order anything from thing cause its truly a nightmare and a waste of time and energy for a company to rip innocent customers off the way that they have done. Here it is February 2013 and this happened in August 2012 and I'm still haven't received there full cooperation or customer due satisfaction behind the dilemma they caused. My wedding is in July and we had to select another gown from a local vender and pay additional money oppose to what's we given them. For me to send the 3 Gowns back to China and pay international and custom fees I'm looking at a total of $223.95 after paying $195.38 to get them here. No way I'm bout to pay $223.95 to send they deplorable wrong color dresses back and it's not guaranteed I will get refunded for all my expenses I have given them. Everything that look good ain't good and this has been a learning experience and I hope my disaster help future customers from becoming they next victim.
