Safecart charged me $ 39.95 annual subscription (Inappropriate Content Removed)for something I never sighted up for, and billed me on PayPal wich I called and asked PayPal that I did NOT authorize the subscription from that bogus co that supposedly gone to protect my PC, at this point PayPal is unable to return or stop that payment ,
