I have done research and have found the real names of the people who are in charge of this business. I would like to state that the owner of JST Merchant Services is Larry Manilish of Phoenix, AZ. Larry Manilish also owns Merchant Services USA and Strictly Business Data in Phoenix Arizona. His managers are Joseph Montella, Jeffrey Hankins and Tom Mikla. All of these men are involved in JST Merchant Services.
9/18/12- This was my initial sign up for JST Merchant Services, I believe Jackie Whitney was the recruiting agent, 866-706-4763.  I believe i spoke to a Mr. Goldman who had 3 levels you could sign up for, he gave me a discount and signed me up For level 3 for the price of level 1.  9/23/12 - Betty Marshall called me around 3pm to walk me through the JST website and to explain "my back office" so i can track the status of the leads.  Betty also mentioned that i would be getting more calls for JST program.
10/1/12 all from Mr Goldman, market director, and the hard sell pressure begins, i was probably on the phone with him for several hours.  He sold me on the idea of purchasing 5000 leads @$10/ea stating that he paid $20/ea and  couldn't let them go for less than 50%.  I told him that i wasn't interested in going out to businesses as a salesperson and he said that wouldn't be a problem with the purchase of leads. That these leads would put me in a very good place and within a few months, with sales from these leads, i would be making a lot of money and would be able to pay off these incurred charges.
I am not a confrontational person, and after several hours on the phone With Mr. Goldman, he convinced me that buying these leads was a good thing.  I envisioned actually making money within a few months, i mean 5000 leads from
Business's already opting in about their services.  How could i go wrong?  He pushed The use of credit cards since they are free of collateral and the debt was all a Great business write off.  All i wanted was to make a supplemental income to aid my pension each month. I also spoke to a John Phelps from JST who stated how great The money would be, even to the extent that most people don't know how to handle All the thousands of dollars they will be making because they are not use to
Receiving that kind of money.  He also said that i shouldn't pay off my credit cards For a least 3 months.
After the leads were purchased, i began to receive regular weekly calls from Betty Marshall, my now campaign manager, who will handle the leads i purchased And keep me updated on a weekly basis on their status.  This is the plan Betty
Said they were going to work on:  125 leads per week spread out over 40 or so weeks which would make it about 10 months to go through all my leads.  Okay, We are now at the end 2013, first leads went on my "back door" oct 16th,2012 so that must mean that 1,500 leads  went somewhere because i certainly don't See 1,500 leads on my "back door". Recently they updated my back door with 5 more leads and again told me that it takes awhile for things to Get going. In between all these calls from JST, i started receiving calls from The Tax Club"
I can actually write a book on this whole experience. JST Merchant Services really go out of their way to make things seem real, however, now, I realize that I have been scammed by this “Work from Home” advertisment and JST Merchants buys people who sign up for this scam as leads to sell fake businesses to. The Tax Club is now in court because of this scam. JST will be next if they do not make things right. As I research other telemarketing scams from Phoenix AZ, this company sounds much like Fidelity Merchant Solutions, My Choice Business Services and Franklin Financial Solutions who are now being sued by the AZ Attorney General office.
