I also got conned into the free trial then my account was deducted by 89.91, without my authorisation, when I called them they told me that the terms and conditions said that when I signed up for the free trial, if I didn't cancel the subscription I had subscribed!! News to me that I had subscribed. I managed to get back £50.00 over the phone, put back into my account on the basis that I didn't complain. Blackmailed by the lady on the phone. She said she could refund any more than £50.00 as she was closing down my account and I would still receive the product. I am going to call the trading standards about this anyway so that other people don't get conned in this way. Disgusting scam and I can't believe I fell for it.
