Insisted I turn on my computer to learn of, and eliminate, viruses, which they say were entered into their data base. When I questioned whether they were certain I even have a computer they assured me that Windows have me associated with a number which I could find and compare, following their instructions, when I turned on my computer.
It's neen quite a while since I fell off the turnip truck.
