"I used a friends debt card with permission about 5 months ago to pay my phone bill. And every since then vonage has been taking money off of the card. I have called them numerous times to take the card off of the account and I have been told that it was, but not... I contacted them again 02/23/2013 again about the same problem and was told that they couldn't refund the money back to the card. This is very disturbing and embarrassing, because i have told the person who's card i used that everything was taking care of."
