the cashier at this staples charged me twice for one item, i noticed it as soon as i got outside, and i went back in and asked them to refund me the money, if they could charge back the card i used or give me cash, the cashier called this manager DON to get approval for the refund, this manager was rude, and unprofessional, and refused to refund my money, the only thing he offered was a staples gift card on useable in a staples store, and could not be redeem for the cash, my cash which was taken due to they're mistake, i know it's only 14.99 but it's the point, and when i asked him why he card, or giving me actual cash back this guy stammered out a halfwit excuse, and then walked away in the middle of me talking to him, and went and hid in his office in the back, totally ignoring me. i didn;t yell at him, didn;t threaten, or use any foul language, and there was no excuse for his behavior, or that of the store for double charging me, and then refusing the refund. a gift card is useless to me i don;t shop at staple the only reason i went in was to get an elephant shaped usb flash drive for my girlfriend

  • all of the above, i would like the actual cash back, not a stupid goft card for a shop i won;t be going back into, i threw the otehr one away thats how mad i was, and i want the manager DON held accountable for his unprofessional behavior, written up even. finally an apology for him turning his back on me, and walking away in the middle of when i was talking
