I too have fallen for the "free trial scam". I had two paymentsof £97.45 and £97.57 taken from my account on 22/02/2013 despite returning their products unopened. As another person commented there was no paperwork or return address and the phone number is just asking for an extension number????? I am in email contact with them re. getting a refund. I have also stopped any further requests for payments from my bank account as this cannot be achieved through their so called website. This company was accessed through facebook. Thought Facebook check out companies advertising on their site.
