On february 14 2013, I did a google search for apple support. Tapped the first apple support link in my phone and it dialed +187770057720 I asked for a repair or replacement for my iphone 5 with a cracked screen. They never identified as MyTechHelp and offered the replacement for $250 and asked for a US address. I told that I lived in Canada and asked how come they, as Apple, are not able to ship it here in Canada. Then they suggested to pay $250 for the applecare and then go to the apple store to get a replacement phone and asked for my credit card information, I gave them the information and they did the charge. 3 days later on february 17 2013, I went to the apple store in Montreal and they couldn't find any AppleCare in my file. I redialed the same number,selected customer support and got redirected to the real "AppleCare" support, they confirmed that it wasn't their phone number and that it wasn't them who charged the money. I couldn't reach customer support because the support option redirects to the real Apple Care (see video from that day: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NwNwliLvQjs). I had call again and select the technical support option because there was no way to reach the real customer support and they gave me the number for billing department which I had to call in business hours the next day. I called on February 18 2013, and explained the situation and asked for a full refund, they told me to wait at 5 business days to receive a response. Today, February 25 2013, I called because I had no news from them and they told me that they cancelled my service and stated that their website has a non refund policy. When I asked for a full refund and they just offered another service plan for a year. I asked to escalate the claim and to speak to someone to resolve the issue and they just kept repeating the same thing, their policy and offering a plan.
