On January 9, 2013 I purchased a dress online from DressBraw for $159.68, including shipping, to wear to my son's wedding on March 16, 2013. I received the dress at the end of January. I ordered a size 14 - the dress looked beautiful on the website. The size is more like a 6 (it fit my teenage daughter, who wears a size 6) - I couldn't even get it over my shoulders. The color was gray and not silver and the jewels on it are huge and cheap looking. I have never not been allowed to return a piece of unworn clothing for a full refund from any company, no matter the reason. Correspondence with DressBraw has been difficult and they don't respond promptly. My latest response from them has been that they refuse to offer a full refund and only $15. That is an insult and completely unacceptable. Not only do I not have a dress to wear to my son's wedding in two weeks, I don't have the money to find another one in time. I am SO disappointed, frustrated and upset.
