I sent for a free sample of silkskin and paid the post on my debit card two weeks later they took 63.50 from my debit card I never ordered any more I telephoned them they said they could not find my account after four telephone calls they find my account and sent me a email saying they had cancelled my account and no more money would be taken three days later I received a parcel and was asked to pay 27.60 postage and tax i returned to postman to be returned to them that was four weeks ago they have not returned my 63.50 I keep telephoning they say they will phone me back which they never do
