They called my family 1st, I called them back, they state that I owe $2880.00 to, Total Lending Cash Net $10 payday loan company, from a payday loan from 2009. They will not provide a account number, nor accept a check, nor a address to send money to, you are only able to pay through their "payables dept." Affinity Processing Solutions. They will not let you speak to a Supervisor or transfer you to their "payables dept" unless you commit to pay them. TOTAL SCAM!!! I contacted my lawyer, she suggested to ask for a account number, address, bill- that can be mailed, emailed or faxed. THEY WILL NOT DO ANY SUCH REQUEST!!! Also, the woman Lynn, not only screamed into the phone, she told me that she has NO supervisor, I was wasting her time with people that want to take care of their bills, and hung up on me 2x.

- They are harrassing me & my family. I want to be compensated due to the stress it is causing me, with my already disabling condition, that stress makes my illness worst!!! And, I would like to see criminal charges filed against this company for harrasment, being unethical, scam artists!!!
