They sent an email under a friend's name and used a Dr. Oz video to make it seem like he endorsed them. I ordered ONE bottle of green coffee for 29.95 and got an immediate email showing I was being charged 148.00. I called them immediately and was assured it would be cancelled and refunded and given a cancellation number plus I took the girls name. The product came anyway and it was 5 bottles. I then called back and spoke to Ollie and he said I would need a refund number which he would email to me.
I never received anything and when I called today and spoke to Carl, he said it only showed that I called once and that the girl couldn't have stopped the order because my card had already been charged. It apparently does that instantly. I asked him then why hadn't she said that instead of leading me to believe I was going to get a refund. I made him give me the refund number I needed to put on the return package and took it to the Post Office with the number plastered all over the package. I also will get the name of the person who has to sign for it when it get there. I then called back because I didn't think they had cancelled that monthly fee and sure enough, they hadn't...even though I specifically told them to never charge anything again on my card. This person's name was Sam Curtis. All of the names are fake because none of them could hardly speak a word of English and I doubted they were physically in Utah. I see that there are numerous complaints about this company and I hope someone can close them down for being a scamming and fraudulent company.
